MySqlComputerService was created to facilitate the management of computer service processes and provide an efficient, consistent support system for customers. Its main goal is to streamline the work of technicians by providing tools for submitting service requests, managing repairs, tracking progress and providing technical support.
Within the application, users can create service requests that include a detailed description of the problem, contact information and other relevant details. All data is stored in a MySQL database, making it accessible from any workstation on the network.
